Orlando

Halloween 2004

These photographs were made in and round Orlando, Florida. I am currently in Orlando supporting the disaster recovery efforts from Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Jeanne, and Ivan. Some of the photographs are of the GIS (Geospatial Information Systems) section of the Disaster Field Office (DFO). The next few photographs are of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks' Halloween events. The last several dozen photographs are of Guavaween in Tampa, Florida. It is a massive street party similar to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. The event takes place in Ybor (eee-boor) and has a Coyote Ugly bar with plenty of bar-top dancers for entertainment. Overall, the event was a blast!
